By using RClone Backup (“the Application”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

The service

The Application is a tool that backs up files from your device to your own Google Drive using rclone. It is provided free of charge for personal use.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you back up, for complying with the Google Terms of Service and applicable laws, and for keeping your device and credentials secure. You must not use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

You retain all rights to your files. The Application does not claim any ownership of your content. How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that backups will be complete, error-free, or always available. Please verify your backups regularly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of the Application shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time and revoke its access in your Google Account settings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application means you accept the updated Terms.
